Audie is moving; got her island hunting and she asked to move out naturally. I would like a mixture of bells and nmt so offer both unless you rather offer one. I'm partial to either.

Starting Bid: 10 NMT or 1mil or 5 nmt and 500k
Buyout: 150NMT or 30 mil or 75 nmt and 15mil
(if we're goin by NMT = 200k bells)
