Audacity and Sony Vegas

Is anyone good at using these and extending Music Videos as there's songs on YouTube for Video Games that some people (like me) don't think are long enough and I would like to know who can extend them, if you do it perfectly, I don't mind paying 1,000 TBT Bells per perfect extension but they have to actually BE perfectly done.

I'm only paying 1,000 TBT Bells because I can.

I have a friend that can do something like this. He's pretty good with Sony Vegas. He's on this forum... I think. He rarely comes on.
