Tia is a really nice villager (normal are my favourite villagers ^^) but she has built her house at dreamies' spot

She's not in boxes yet but has a moving date so I can TT her in to boxes.
Her clothes are orginal .. but I don't know about her house​

Um, I do not know what she's worth so please make offers ^-^
