I'm about as broke as broke can get and I must make my town pretty and finish up my characters' houses, so it seems it's time I auctioned off Stitches to find a better home with a more caring mayor. He's ready to move out, though he won't be in boxes for another three days (I'm willing to Time Travel, though.)

Starting Bid: 2mil
Preferred Bid Increments: 500k or 1mil
Buyout Price: 30mil

The auction will end at midnight my time tonight (So for 3 hours), unless no one is interested, in which case it'll be extended until tomorrow evening.
