I need help posting the picture though I'll post what it says in inventory and in the room. It looks like a regular apple except it has Japanese words.

Everyone, it's hacked. I can explain in FULL detail how to get them, but it requires hacking which isn't aloud.

Ya caught me. Also it does look like a leaf in the inventory, and you get it by using hack to raise your bells over 99,999 thousand then selecting "Remove all" As in all your money, then you get the leaf. Drop it to become a Japanese apple.
