The only reason I'm doing it this way is because I don't want to add 50+ at the same time.

Basically,He gives it to his Tbt/Other friends and they give it to there friends and so on and so on.
It much easier that erasing a uncanny amount of friends and adding 50 New people hes never played with just to distribute DLC that you'll get soon enough. Besides I do believe Oxygen has friends on his list that he would very much like to keep.
