anyone have a town full of copycats? in my town, EVERYONE IS SAYING OTAKU. or they're wearing paulas t-shirt and jean skirt combo. yes, we've been overrun by hippie weeaboos. now they're great and all, genji is obviously my favorite due to my profile picture, but ankha saying otaku was TOO FAR and im spamming the diving trick to make her say something self centered again lmao.

just.... picture hamlet in paula's shirt as well, will you? i,,,, just can't believe my eyes
 
Everyone is saying "snorty" in my town. It's become an epidemic. I like to think they're doing it to remember Anabelle who moved just over a month ago.
 
Haha that happened to me, at one point half the town was saying ?meow? or ?bark? it was a bit strange talking to chief and him finishing his sentences with meow when lolly who started that catchphrase is walking around barking at everyone

I just got marina to stop saying otaku. Genji hasn?t said it in forever so I have no idea where she picked it up!
 
hahah i love that sm! roles reversed, hell yeah for our stubborn villagers! i imagined chief saying meow in his low, growly voice and laughed so hard for some reason??

And Flora, as the confident, sassy lil fashionista she is, gave her shirt to just about everyone in town at one point. Like literally everyone but 2 or 3 villagers
 
several of my villagers will NOT stop saying "airmail." I do like Skye, but it annoys me a little bit. Lolly is wearing Kiki's shirt, which is kinda sad because she moved out, but Lolly refuses to change her shirt; it's almost like she misses Kiki! Also, Freya and Fuchsia are both wearing a shirt I designed, which I find funny because they're both pink sass masters.
 
For months they were almost all wearing the reggae tee in Ravena. I notice the green tie dye is beginning to catch on now...
 
I see so many people with this problem but my villagers have never done anything like that

my dudes must all hate eachother and never talk to eachother

For a while everyone was ending all their sentences with "NO MORE!" which I think came with one of my adopted dreamies. It was strangely upsetting, to see them all protesting like that... Lol...
 
I loved it when almost all the villagers were wearing the Felyne outfit. They all looked great in it! Haven't noticed what they are wearing lately...but most of them are still saying "stand tall" which I gave to Apollo about a month ago. :rolleyes:

In Hangzhou my villagers all have a "Year of the...." greeting (as in, Agnes says Year of the pig and so it goes) and their species as a catchphrase (so, she also says "Pig"). All was well until they had some exchanges... now Butch thinks he's a goat; Dora, a rooster and whatnot... ;v;

Had him for over 3 years so I could definitely see him doing that.

like guys.......if ur all gonna wear the same thing at least were something cool yknow

I don't mind the white shirt. I do mind the green shirt with the yellow bird unless it's on Pietro, Stitches, or Tangy.

Midge wore that for over a month. Luckily Nate gave her a spring shirt which looks really nice on her.
