finally found some new controllers at a store online, so far they haven't shipped yet and it looks like next week at the earliest. of course all the single left controllers are sold out, but i'm happy with the idea of lime green and grey console, and it costs more to buy a single than replace only one... and no idea when i can get the original sent in sometime maybe this year. i'm seriously terrified of island hopping at night and my own island because of those hairy spiders that shall not be named. it's making doing anything a royal pain.
i have tried cleaning them with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol, several times now, doesn't last more than 5 mins. i'm desperate for any other ideas at this point that won't void them, for when i do eventually send the left one in... anything else i can try?
