Astrid never wrote me back?

I wrote Astrid several long letters, each with a gift attached, yet she never replied. It has been weeks since I wrote her. Why isn't she writing back?

Huh. I would assume the same for cranky, but Curt from AC:NL was sweet to me right off the bat, and even responded to all my letters with a gift and a message about our friendship.

This isn't like me at all, but sometimes I actually wait for the day Curt insults me or at least becomes annoyed by me. He doesn't act cranky at all...
