Uhhhh, sorry about delaying,I say...Abraham Lincoln, since I know the most about him,and uhhh I find him humorous because he was supposingly a very sad looking man,but he was a very happy person inside, and I do enjoy those people because I am sorta like that in real life.

For sweets,I am OK with popsicles,I am just really sick of them since...my mom always buys me these chinese ones and I ate them too much already, but I like bread and almond milk,I dislike most chocolate and candies.

Also, do you like me (as a friend?) c:

Because I'm cool and everyone has their own thoughts and stuff so its interesting asking people things, along with me,I would love to learn move about the people who log onto here every day c:

And yes I do,If I didn't why would I keep you on my Friend list?

Ah, I am fond of Abraham Lincoln, too. I recently read a documentary about him: Doris Kearns Goodwin's Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln. Miss Goodwin uses a lot of letters to paint an intimate portrait of the time period that Lincoln grew up in, and goes into great detail about the religious and political beliefs of Mr. Lincoln and the leaders who advised assisted him.

Lincoln was quite a melancholy man in his earlier years, even doubting the existence of an afterlife, but certainly he found beauty in the world even in the midst of chaos. Even more, Lincoln was a very patient man, enduring great disrespect from those around him, but taking charge when it mattered. In later life, Lincoln would grow more religious, which may be seen as a strengthening of happiness, or ironically a way of coping with the growing turmoil around him.

Oh, sorry, wrong term: I meant biography, rather than documentary. So book, heh.
