I love Eel so much! Particularly the Shanghainese way of preparing it. I had it as a kid once while I was visiting my grandparents in China and... I just love it so much... Unfortunately nowhere I've lived in America has ever had a restaurant that prepares Eel this way. I still love the sushi version of eel too though!

I wanna try sushi at those omega fancy places in Japan that costs hundreds of dollars but, it costs hundreds of dollars so thats probably never gunna happen LOL

I studied Computer Science and Finance as a double major wow two degrees went into the industry as a Data Analytics job and hated it so I went back to the Comp Sci field which is where I'm at now. 4. thoughts on tales of arise?
I'm really looking forward to it!! I was going to buy a PS5 just to play it if I had to but thankfully they are releasing it on steam as well so im safe. Based on the gameplay trailers, It almost feels like a different series at this point but I still believe it will be the same tales game that we know and love Where did the GUNS come from??? The graphics look amazing and I love the animations! Can it come out already I need more games to play!

if youre talking about omakase -- i went to one before and it was really nice! though the price point wasnt in the hundreds-- it was 69 euros per person. you can guess why i decided to go. if the price was anything else i may have hesitated.

also i keep accidentally typing tales of A-RISE and im like... somethings wrong here.
Oh boy this ones embarrassing... I used to be pretty involved in the MLP fandom and one of the characters I liked was named Karma (not an official one it was the Reddit mascot one) and I was like, this is subtle enough that no one will ever know what it means :^) Except you do now whoops. The Ionic part came from the fact that I needed to make my name unique and I liked chemistry and it’s a cool sounding word LOL
2) Describe your ideal breakfast, lunch, and dinner
French toast for Breakfast! Definitely needs maple syrup and the melty kind of butter.
For lunch.. I would say sushi! Probably Eel and Salmon Sushi or some kind of roll that had them.
For Dinner, I’d choose Spicy Pork Korean BBQ! I’m addicted to KBBQ and learnt how to make it myself lol, just very yummy.... Feels like a good dinner meal too!
3) What's on your bucket list?
I want to visit all of the Disney World Parks! I’ve already been to the ones in California, Florida, Japan (once within 2 months!) but I’m still missing a lot of them, like Paris and Shanghai.
Another thing I’d love to do become a speedrunner in a popular speedrun event (like GDQ). I’ve always looked up to those kind of charity marathons and would love to be good enough to make an appearance in front of the large audience and show off a game I really love!
On a similar note, I want to get good enough at a game to get a world record in a popular speedrun category! I just think holding a world record would be a really cool achievement.
One more thing is go on a trip to Japan with a group of friends and just, enjoy the local scenery and their company. Everytime ive been to Japan its always been for a Love Live concert and we are also so busy running around doing stuff that be barely have anytime to chill. We actually were going to do this this year but you know....

None of the arise characters have really stuck out to me (Like Colette did) but Rinwell looks very interesting! Curious to learn more about her! Haha A-Rise, too bad Love Live seemed to forgot they exist, they weren't even at the Love Live Fes that even included Saint Snow....

This was like... 10 years ago... Since then I've just adopted it as my internet name and its been more of a representation of my various MMO characters instead (and now AC Karma!) I love a lot of them so I'll just list a few in no real particular order
Nijirio Passions: I love this OP so much! It's very cute and upbeat, just what I like in a song!
Mirai no Bokura wa ****teru yo: So this one has a special memory for me. I heard it for the first time as the season 2 premiere aired live while I was in Japan (and Numazu at that!) with my friends for the 2nd Aqours concert (which was also my first love live concert). We even did our own KB waving to the song and broke UOs over it. First (and only) time i got to watch the anime live with a group of friends. Since then, this song has always had a special place in my heart.
Kinmirai Happy End: Once again, its a very cute upbeat song, got to see it performed live multiple times now!
Mou Hitori Ja Nai yo: This one is in contrast to all the others. It's a Honk solo song but its just, really calm and peaceful... It's really sad too when you read the lyrics...
Honoka: Wow big surprise I'm not actually sure at what point she became my favorite of all of them. It started out as Nico cause shes just a gremlin but then, Honk took over my life. Shes adorable, shes cute, and shes relatable. Trying her best despite everything that happens and when she really puts her mind to things, she can get it done. A lot of people don't like the arc of her giving up but to me, its what makes her feel like a real person. She's not a flawless perfect character, she makes mistakes and sometimes, things just get so tough that makes you want to just, quit. I've definitely been there.
Hanamaru: Like Honk, she didn't start out on top, it was Ruby. However, I really grew to love her personality, her obsession with pan bread, and the zura she added to the end of her sentences. She's also just there supporting her friends, she didn't even want to join initially, just get Ruby to join.
Kasumi: What can I say, shes cute, I like cute. I find it really funny that its like her personality to be cute. She's such a little troublemaker but that's what I like about her. Goes out of her way to be as adorable as possible.
Kotori: I really love her design! Her birb theme is really cute and I love her interactions with the other members. She's also really funny at times.
Nico: What a gremlin. She's the comic relief of the group and she does it very well.

For me, the drive is just making little optimizations to my routes, seeing my times go down over time, and learning new things about the game. It's so satisfying when you finally get a personal best! But ya its definitely rough at times, especially when you lose a really good run to a dumb mistake or to just RNG...

I'm...not actually sure right now haha. It used to be Java but I've had a lot of Python as well. It's an interesting language when you just wanna to fun casual stuff (which is what i want to do most of the time)
If Assembly counts, then that LOL. The class I had to take in that was pure suffering, but at least I learned a lot. Otherwise, its C. I know C is faster but it really feels like C++ but worse at lot of the time. Everytime I have to code in C a part of me dies.

I would really love to set a world record in a JRPG game! It's my favorite genre and I feel like with enough practice, its something thats actually realistic. It will probably be a LONG time before that happens though. I would also love to try speedrunning Final Fantasy 10 or Tales of Symphonia, two of my favorite RPGs but they are... such long speedruns and I don't think I could handle it...
I really love watching RPG speedruns, especially ones that have insane amounts of glitches in them. The favorite speedrun I've watched would probably be Paper Mario during a GDQ (don't remember which year) That game is insanely entertaining to watch! Then there was the Jax and Daxter 3 run by Bonesaw that had me in literal tears laughing but that was more because of the runner than the game itself.
As Much as I can! Whenever I was able to, I had it up on a separate monitor while working or studying. I really love the awful block and the rpg blocks! the last two days are also a blast to watch!
