ARTPOP. I might seem biased, because I've liked Lady Gaga for as long as I can remember. She can do so many things with her voice unlike Katy Perry, who just sings one specific way all the time. I find myself liking more songs from ARTPOP than Prism, the only one from Prism that I am in favor of being Dark Horse. But in ARTPOP, there's Venus, Swine, Donatella, Gypsy, Applause, and so much more. So I think I've made my point.

(My mom is half Spanish, but apparently they didn't think to call me the female version and instead I got this name ffs)

The fight between Lady Gaga fans and Katy Perry fans is absolutely ridiculous. They're both great artists, and I see no reason to compare them. I myself would have to say that ARTPOP is better than Prism, but I say that only because I've loved Lady Gaga much longer than I've loved Katy Perry, and will probably continue to love her more.
I've never cared for Katy Perry's music. They're the kind of songs that get on my nerves, and at best, are okay at first and then get meh.
But at the same time, I really don't care for ARTPOP. I loved The Fame, The Fame Monster was amazing and then from there it's dropped off. :x

Creatively and vocally - I prefer Lady Gaga. I just can't...her vocals and concepts (song content especially) feel a little more fresh than Katy. Katy is adorable but Gaga. Always. 
So true! Loved GaGa since The Fame era. Perry just bores me and her video's for her Prism album are just so TACKY. Roar really rubbe dme up the wrong way, however Dark Horse I thought was cute but the video put me off completely.

Essentially Katy Perry is hot/has great boobs/a nice voice/ music is kinda boring tho
Lady Gaga is fabulous/incredible voice/beautiful/creative and original/ writes her own music/ ridiculously intelligent.
