Right side: I would like to place this quote: "Believing in even the possibility of a happy ending is a very powerful thing." on my signature. I think keeping the quotations should be alright.
Main colors/theme of your sig: The theme that I would like for my signature to be is an opened fairy tale story book that's open in the middle of the page. I would like the text colors to match this

Animated, yes/no: Yes, but only on the right side. I would like this
picture to be animated. The animated part should have like a fairy tale effect I guess. I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but as long as it fits the theme of my signature then it should be okay. If it isn't possible to add animated effects to the picture then it is fine if it isn't animated.
Shape: Like an open story book? Not really sure how to word this exactly. Sorry... :T
Font/text effects/style:
Once Upon A Time (Henry's Book Font). If this text font style isn't available then something similar to it will be completely fine. The text effect I would want for the text of the signature should be a fairy tale theme.
Other info:
Left side: Mayor Name and Town name text should be above the Friend Code, Native Fruit, and Timezone text. Native fruit should be above Friend Code text while the Friend Code text should be above Timezone text.
Right side: The animated picture and quote should be on this side with the animated picture being above the quote.

If this signature idea is too complicated or complex to create then let me know and I'll just suggest a different idea for a signature. I wasn't sure what signature types would be doable for you to create.
