if the changes are small (colors, text, things like that) then they're free, basically as long as it doesn't require me to start again from scratch I won't charge

Omg you are the best! The only changes are text and the native fruit! Can it say Mayors Katy, John and Rick? Town name is now Packers and the fruit is an orange!
I want to pay for the changes so is 10 tbt enough? <3
