I decided to let my 9th villager be 100% random, and not do any resetting for them. Loaded up the game and found this plot:


One of my 7 dreamies.....100% random?

Yes it's happened to me but she ruined everything for me because it was a random plot and now I have to cycle 16 for her

man i just had gwen move away and i tried for days to find someone to take her because i grew to love her but i wanted to make room for my dreamies and i didn't want her to just get lost in the void . congrats on getting your gwen though!

Good for you! And yes it happened to me one, I got Fauna as my random dreamy move in from my 2nd town once but I didn't really like her at all, so I let him move out.

I got Tabby as a starting villager in my new town, but she was sadly right in front of Retail so I had to let her go.

Nice! I wish I could be that lucky. I always got random villagers as naturals. The only really good one I've had move in was from streetpass and it was Bruce. He was pretty cool.

Lol! I'm glad you got your dreamie. That's really cool and so very lucky! I've never been that lucky. Well, I was once, but didn't realise it until I grew to love the villager and he moved away unexpectedly.

Julian isn't exactly a dreamie of mine, but my town doesn't have any smug villagers... so a few days ago I went through the smug villager list and wrote down the names of the ones I would keep if they ever showed up... and I've literally just checked my game and my 9th villager is Julian. He's in a good spot too.
