Are you happy with where villagers placed their houses?

I am, all of my villagers placed their houses in a straight line except for Kyle and Vic. They wanted to be away from everyone appearently. But, they stalk my house O_o hermit logic.

Nope not so good. :< I never plot reset so they just put their houses wherever and I learn to live with it lol.
Mac put his house in front of my secondary character which bothered me so much that I deleted her even though I had upgraded til the attic and basement.
Benjamin put his house right in front of my bridge.. but I really like him so I repathed that area -_-;
Portia was a random move in and she put her house so it blocks the road to the cafe... Even though I like her, she has to go.
Lobo isolated his house from everyone and put it right on top of a rose garden but thankfully my hybrids were saved :) Thanks Lobo
The only area I like is (Stinky, but he left) Marshal, Genji, and Dizzy's cluster of houses because they fit with my paths, so I feel reluctant about letting any of them go for a new villager (although I'd never let Dizzy leave me!!)

I had Friga too!! :D I liked her house placement and hoped someone would move into that place again but no one has ;_;

Pretty happy with my villagers house placements, especially with villagers like Sprinkle and Kabuki who thoughtfully placed their houses in line with each other either side of the path and Eugene who placed his house next to and in line with mine but with a nice gap between for a tree.

Recently a new villager moved in right on top of my path in a really awkward place, destroying a bunch of flowers in the process. :/

I really want her to move out.

except for katt, all of my villagers have placed their houses in spots i'm content with. kabuki's house got on my nerves first but now that i've gotten used to it, i wouldn't want to miss it.

Normally I don't care. Yesterday I got a new move in. Purrl placed her house between my lighthouse and cube sculpture. It is also directly behind another character's house. There are so many other places it could easily have gone.

No I AM NOT HAPPY.

I'm pretty happy so far.. I reset to try to get them in the perfect location and haven't found a time I've given up yet.

They kept putting them in bad places, and I keep getting surprise move-ins from towns I visit so now I reset. I don't do it until they are in optimal locations, just so they're not moving on a bunch of my trees or something, at least.

They keep wanting to crowd together in the bottom of my map...for a while I had 7 on the bottom half and 2 on the top half, haha.

I found Sprinkle's plot today after I visited another town a couple days ago and the first time she was crowded on the bottom on top of a bunch of my trees. The 2nd time her plot was next to my house. Muffy is on the other side, and it would have been cool if Sprinkle's house was in a straight line with us, but oh well. I'm ok with where she's at.

I have a small strip of land at the cliff where seven of my villagers plopped themselves down, and I love it. It's like they have their own neighborhood over there, and it keeps the rest of the land clear for pwps. Diana, Muffy, and Ankha managed to evade that, but they didn't destroy any greenery or paths (except for that one little block in front of their door but that doesn't bother me) and they didn't block any locations for potential pwps. It's a very nice situation, much better than my pre-reset town where I had a villager in the middle of my path and one right in front of the train station.

Yes, very pleased.

I am totally opposite. I want my villagers to build their house all over town, but they ended up build at the lower left corner of town... 6 houses!! The other 3 is at the lower right and middle. basically, it is no-man land at the upper part of town.

Yes I'm pretty pleased with the house placements.. the only one that bothered me at first was Merengue's house as it gets in the way of re-tail. :c

Mine have all been steadily migrating south of the river, which I'm fine with as long as it keeps up--it'll leave me with a completely free reign over the majority of the town since my map is one of the ones with a thin east-south strip. I've still got two I'd like to kick out right now before I can do anything really fancy with landscaping (Marcel's in what I'd like to turn into a park, and Merry's the last north-of-the-river holdout).

I was mildly irritated when Marshal moved in right next door to me since I used to have a peninsula all to myself, but I've got used to it now - plus Fuchsia moved in south of him shortly after so destiny evidently intended for me to have neighbors.

in my first town, they had perfect house placing, including Tammy and Tia. There was enough space between them to put a path. Static was awfully far from everything else, being on the south and close to the south side waterfall. Ken was nearby Re-Tail and the plaza.

So far, I've been pretty lucky with my villager house placement, with villagers moving in where old villagers used to be, or even moving in right along my path or in between flowers/trees without destroying any. I'm not sure how much longer that luck will last, though.

Half of my villagers are on the bottom of the map by the beach. I'm pretty proud because i can make some kind of clear park or something. You should see my sister's... I swear, there are houses scattered around like a bunch of puzzle pieces. You can bump into a house easily...
