I'm sort of worried, but I figure that if it's meant to be, it's meant to be and there's no changing it. Personally, I think that if they don't want it to spread any further, people should go into lock down for at least a week to let the people that have it get better or lack of get better, so that the disease dies out. I know, that's a bit far-fetched. I'm just saying...

Just watched the news, and there are 8 kids in Queens, NY who have the swine flu. Apparently, some kids in the school had gone to Mexico for spring break 2 weeks ago and it had spread to other kids. Thankfully, the influenza seems much milder than the one in Mexico.

It depends. If it's moving as quick as you say, it can only be moving through two things: 1. It's infecting the water supply which if it is they'll find out about it before it gets to my part of the country. 2. It's an air born virus, which is a lot harder to kill and moves quicker. So I'd probably be worried If it is an air born virus.
