are these items customizable?

are the floor chairs and zen tea sets customizable? and if so, what are the possible customizations?

i've tried googling, but i havent found anything about the customizations of WA items

joan's rv is in my town and her zen tea set looks different! and her floor seat is different color from kapp'n's.... i prefer kapp'n's, so i have to know if the colors can be changed before i spend my scarce coupons on joan's hehe

ah yes but the thing is, i dont have those items yet and im low on coupons now so i'd like to know first if they could be customized to the colors i want before ordering.
