Are there new town maps with the update?

I read somewhere recently that there seem to be a number of new/different town maps since the update. Is this verified by anyone? I have an old link to the town maps that used to be available, but is it still accurate? It's just the rivers, though, I would like to see one with Re-Tail, etc.

Anyone have some facts on this and not just opinions, please? Is there a link to the maps that are currently available for ACNL?
