Are there actually Club Tortimer exclusives?

I do hear that there are club tortimer exclusive items. However, I usually see things that are in Club Tortimer to be on peoples' own islands. I think Club Tortimer exclusives are not actually Club Tortimer exclusives. Club Tortimer just makes rare items appear more often.

I'm pretty sure some wetsuits and items only appear on Club Tortimer.

My Japanese isn't all that great these days but I think my Perfect Guide is listing a couple things as Club Tortimer Exclusives:

"Mu Mu" dress (blue with orange flowers)
Striped red wetsuit
Red wetsuit
White sleeved wetsuit
Blue wetsuit
Hibiscus hairpin
Ukelele
Souvenir chocolate
Ship in a bottle
Sand castle
Jacuzzi
Sea globe (like a snow globe)

There's also another list of "rare items" that I think will still show up in your town's shop. Things like the silver axe, Pikopiko hammer, and treasure chest are on that list. Sorry I don't know the English names but hopefully that helps!
