Are the wand collectibles tradeable?

I kinda want a star wand, but due to irl stuff keeping me busy, I wasn't able to earn a single ticket, and all of the star wands are sold out.

I checked the MP and saw that nobody is selling/trading/buying wands of any kind. Are people just not letting them go, or are they not tradeable? I'd be disappointed if I couldn't buy one :/ Thanks guys~

I'm pretty sure they're tradeable, i think mine says i can gift it.

The Flower wand, Heart wand and Star wand are tradeable. The animated one is exclusive to winners of certain events.

You might have better luck buying after the fair, not many are sold yet due to people going for limited collectibles before they sell out.

Aside from the Crescent Glow Wand, all other Wands from this Fair are tradeable.
