): No one has a firm answer. I don't think that the normal cards sold all that well in US retailers so there might be a higher chance of the Sanrio cards not being sold in NA
There's been no announcement, which I think there would have been by now if they were coming to the US.
Maybe they will get released next year or something though. If not, there is always Game which ships international. They are good at getting stock before most retailers
well, the NoA Direct was the only one that excluded them from the video and NoA is notoriously slacking with things like that and not giving people what they want. I wouldn't expect them to be released in the US tbh.. but I mean who knows..
the fact that they were highly limited everywhere else is also quite crappy.. and since they were sold as full sets too (which is cool if you got a pack..) there likely won't be too many doubles popping up on ebay etc..
but i hope they'll pop up in the US eventually, so you all can get them easier, atleast you can get the items here somewhat easily now..
There hasn't been an official announcement as of yet, however you can easily buy them online and have them shipped to you here. So it's not a total loss!
Sadly they've sold out everywhere -- I didn't want to get my card flagged again at GAME so I waited thinking amazon.uk would get them....and they never did. I really do hate the way Nintendo jerks people around with limited info (and items!)
I ordered a japanese pack on ebay, but now I wish I'd ordered from game when I had the chance bc I didn't know the japanese pack only has 2 cards. I REALLY hope these come to america so I can get all the cars without having to overpay from a third party seller.
They probably don't expect a release due to licensing differences in the U.S. Does anyone know who distributes Hello Kitty in the US? Does Sanrio go through a US company?
