Are hyacinths hard to breed?

I just started deliberately farming hyacinths like a week or two ago because I'm working on making a small garden with all blue flowers. They don't seem to be any harder to breed than others. I've gotten two blues from the white hyacinth patch and one from the orange, and I get one or two orange hyacinths every other day. But I am struggling getting my white pansies to produce blues. And the only purple flowers I have are roses and they're my native.

IMO they're not that hard, but it rains almost everyday in my town so...

If you still need some Blue Hyacinths I gotchu fam. I can give you the rest I have (10?).

It's hardest for me to hybrid cosmos & pansies-- or getting green mums. I've had an easy time with hyacinths- they were probably my most eager flowers to hybrid. The purple is the most elusive one- I got the blues pretty easily. I think maybe its just RNG or something. Everyone seems to have a different "hardest hybrid flower".
