Are fruit baskets scattered around your town considered trash?

I just recently restarted my town cause my old one was a mess. I'm trying to get the perfect town status, but I really like to leave apples and oranges baskets under trees in my town. Many of them! Is that ok or will it prevent me to get perfect town?

Yeah this is sad. I just realised not too long ago how nice baskets of fruit looked beside the picnic blanket PWP or by the river. Such a shame.

Yea the good thing is that once I got my watering can I'm gonna leave fruits baskets close to almost every tree makes the town look adorable!!

Oh no... I forgot about Jacobs ladders.. I love those! So even when I get my watering can I can't leave baskets around town if I want those pretty flowers ... ugh...

Good to know. Atleast we can leave some stuff around. Wrapped items are nice, but i wonder why we can leave single fruits around without penalties, and not baskets? Strange. Atleast I gathered a lot of info now. Thanks all!

It's probably because fruit on the ground is considered "natural" while baskets are not natural. It would suck if you could ruin a perfect town just by shaking a few fruit trees, so I think they made it so single fruits don't count.
