Are cosmos just not good enough for a town?

I think cosmos are fine! It's about your own personal taste, really. My flowers are necessarily a fancy hybrid color or whatever, but they're mine, and they go with my town, so whatever. I don't see anything wrong with cosmos as long as they're what you want.

Cosmos are fine, but I don't like how the thin and spread out petals look. It all comes down to personal taste, but if you set them nicely, they will look nice.

I have an area in my farm town with all different colors.I like how they look.You just need to try them out and see if you like how they look.They have a kind of old fashioned appeal to me.I guess they remind me of daisys.

I love them. The cosmos and the violets together look pretty. Use the white and pink cosmos with the purple and white violets.

I wasn't a fan of the black and orange cosmos until one of the villagers planted a yellow one.
Those are now around Big Top House.

I've visited a dream town that only had white and black flowers. It was very nice.

Cosmos are great. Like others said, it all depends on how you lay them out in your town.
I especially love putting yellow and pink cosmos together. It's so cute.

I love the white and pink ones and the black are okay... the orange is just... meh. I mean it is good for certain things but it can't hold its own again orange roses in terms of looks

I've got nothing against them.

I'm using the basic colors to fill the spaces between my cedar trees and holly bushes along the train tracks in my town. I'm also using orange and yellow around Shep's house and pink and black around Pashmina's house.

I like to put cosmos on and around the beach area. They mainly for me consist of white, orange and yellow cosmos, with a few pinks scattered.

This was in my old town atleast, I plan to do the same though

I quite like them I think the regular colors compliment my campsite and log benches. I do agree that the orange ones are just ok...love the pink the most

I agree with this. Even the blue and purple pansies are just tolerable.
The pink cosmos are so pretty, and I have a big field of just cosmos.

I don't like them personally, they just look less "full" compared to the other flowers. They remind me of the flowers that grow on some weeds. I do have some in my town though.

I'm quite peculiar with flowers I this game. I hate having too many yellow flowers of any kind.

Overall, I do like cosmos. I think they're dainty and cute. They are tied with tulips for being my favorite (besides Jacob's ladder).

This will be an unpopular opinion, but I really hate roses. I only have a small bunch for breeding hybrids. I don't know why, I just don't like the look of them.

I just wish we had a larger variety of flowers to use / choose from.

I don't hate roses, but I do see them a lot and get tired of it. Personally, I prefer cosmos much more than roses but tulips are the best.
