Anyways, if you haven't heard, there's a worldwide tournament on Platinum. It has tournament rules like no legendary pokemon. The prize is a shiny Milotic with special move (Varies where you live.). It is in a cherish ball and it has the item, Flame Orb.

Yeah, Icy Wind. And yes, the tutor can teach it to Milotic.
