I know April Fools' Day is still a few weeks away, but I think it will soon be time to start getting more familiar with your villagers to get more information about them in order to get their picture on April Fools Day.

So who's picture are you guys looking forward to getting this April Fools Day ?

I'm totally keeping that list on hand.. I mean I'll try and guess first, but I might double check my answers I've never played April Fools' Day before in the game, so it'll be totally new for me!

Not particularly; I currently have all the pictures of my current villagers.
I might try to collect them to see if other people want them, only downside really is the space they take up. I have to put them in my letter slots usually on a different character!

I participated in April Fools last year and quite enjoyed it However, I wish the prizes weren't the pictures of each villager, as I feel this makes it too easy to get their pictures. I know I could just avoid April Fools day, but I think it would be better to get other prizes. Like maybe a different prize that's unique to each villager?

I would enjoy this feature as well. Having all the pictures already, it would definitely be an incentive to play again. Perhaps in Animal Crossing Switch

I look forward in Treehut, to getting Roscoe's, Wolfgang's, Julian's, & Punchy's picture. The first 3 are permanent dreamies, and Punchy cause I never had him before and he's been my dreamie forever.

In Moriyo Village, Tia, Julian and Phoebe. I don't think I have the last two pics, and Tia has been another long time dreamie of mine who I never had before.

Luminosa idrc, nearly all of them except Whitney are leaving, so it's really more so for collections purpose. In Secret I wont be playin on April Fools Day. Not yet atleast.

XD I remember time traveling back to april fools day and timetraveling back in time. I lost one of my villagers but i didnt really like them.
since dora and purrl came through amiibo cards, i can't wait to get their photos!

I only need about 4 of my villagers' pictures right now, so I'm looking forward to getting those. But I'll still play the game with all of my villagers and sell the duplicates that I get. I had fun with the event last year.

Oh man, I've never played on April 1st!! I didn't even realize there was something special. I don't actually care about getting pictures, but I like experiencing all the holidays. So I'll be sure to play this year.

Sorta off-topic, but it seems kinda weird to me that Snooties are the only female personality to show distress against Blanca. Lazies do it, just like they, and Normals, are the ones who feel depressed after falling in pitfalls/etc. I'm just saying it's a weird comparison (even though the Snooty shows anger when intervening, and during intervention, Peppies and Uchis show distress, and I don't know about Normals even though I know they actually fight with Blanca before intervention)

Note 2: I'm just saying that I hope Nintendo doesn't keep watering down their villager personalities, like they sort of did in New Leaf with everyone, but, even though I'm only most familiar with NL, from what I've seen in other games, the villagers have more personality, and, especially for crankies and snooties, I just hope Nintendo can make their personalities better.

You can keep the towel and still get the pictures from the villagers. Say yes you know who is the fake, get the towel and than leave the house. Put the towel on the ground or in a letter and than go back in. You'll get a new towel.

April fools day is one of my favourite events in ACNL (other than Halloween and Easter) mainly cause its so easy to get villager pics, sadly tho I don't have any dreamies in my town since my town is pretty new still and i haven't traded any yet, most of my villagers are ugly except like 3 so I'm pretty excited to get their pics ( Shep, Marcie, and Bob) hopefully I can get one or two of my dreamies before then.

I've already got all the pics from my villagers a few years ago. I either did it by cheating or resetting the game until I caught the "wafflehanger". That word never gets old for me. Thanks, Deirdre.
