Anyone's island that is raining?

My island is in the southern hemisphere and snows all day, but I would really like to come and catch Coelacanth and Snails. Anyone that would like to open the raining island? Thank you!
btw if you want to come and catch some snowflakes please PM me and I will open when vacant. A new player with nothing on my island though.
