Anyone with their shops tucked into their cliffs?

I was thinking of having Nook's on the first level, surrounded by cliffs, with stairs leading up to Ables on the second level. If anyone has a similar set-up, I would love to see! =)

My ables is surround by cliffs. I thought it looked pretty neat, but that downside of it is that on the second level it looks weird, since the roof is basically at the same level of your feet. However I just put some flowers and trees to make it inaccessible.

Yes, something like this. I'm planning to have mine surrounded on all three sides, and I'm not quite sure where to put the stairs and how to arrange things on the upper level. This looks nice, hopefully mine will turn out well too. :3

I have definitely seen videos of island tours where people have their Nooks set up like that but of course now I can't find them!!! It looks pretty cool though.

I personally don't have this, but I do have one of my villager's houses half-tucked into a cliff. I fully nestled another villager's house into a cliff but then felt bad because their windows faced a wall :c so I changed it back lol. But here is a picture of the house I kept half-tucked:

I don't mean to get off topic here, but the fact that the person used the brick fence with the iron fence in the middle made it look like a gate. SO TOTALLY UNIQUE I MAY JUST STEAL THAT IDEA!!!!
