Anyone with Kicks, K.K. Slider, Reese, Rover or Tom Nook in their campground?

I'm looking for a campground with a character that I can buy New Nintendo 3DS and Wii U consoles from (preferrably Kicks, K.K. Slider, Reese, Rover or Tom Nook, but I'd be ok if you have another that sells both). I could offer bells or one of an entire series (Balloon, Pav?, Spooky) in return for letting me buy there.
