Anyone with a Rafflesia in their town?

Does anyone have a town with a Rafflesia flower? In case you don't know,Rafflesia only appears in your town with the worst rating. My town has the Beautiful Town in effect so I can't get it. >.<
All I really want is to see it,but if you want I can pick up the weeds in your town.

Really? I almost never view the exhibits so that's probably why I never saw one. xD
