Anyone want to visit my dream town?

I need help with my town and I was wondering if anyone would visit my dream town and give me ideas on how to improve it. It is and probably always will be a work in progress but if anyone can help that would be great

Your town looks amazing and I love the paths you put down but I can give you some pointers to help improve the look and the rating:

-Plant more flowers in some of the open area's and along more of the paths. Some places look kinda bare, and more flowers means a higher overall town rating.
-Definitely plant more tree's. If you want the perfect town rating and Jacobs Ladder flowers, you have to have between 100 to 115 tree's in town(from what I heard on some blogs and guides online). Also planting tree's along path's is nice too.
-Remove the dead tree's, there were some I noticed. They hurt your town rating I think.
-Keep up on the Public Work Projects. They also help with the town rating.

I hope this helps out a bit I don't know if you're going for a perfect town, if not, go at your own pace with things. Also if you need money to pay off anything, buy anything, or want golden tools, I'm willing to help you out there too.

I see I see... for some reason I don't like trees near paths. It annoys me a lot... sigh.

I have the golden axe and it helps a lot because I'm always cutting down and replanting trees. I'm broke right now because of the lighthouse and my house. If you could help out that would be great. I do plan on reworking my town a bit more in the future so I'll update it soon then let you know so you can see. A new villager is moving in too, how exciting!

Ah ok understandable I can definitely help you with financial stuff. However much you need I can clone in your town for you and give to you Yes please let me know how it's coming so I can see Whenever you wanna get together in your town, let me know so I can give you money and a few golden items you don't have
