I've been trying to plot-reset a villager into a certain spot. Been trying for the last two days and he has only shown up in the area about five times, but not in the actual spot. I need someone to visit my town to see if there's anything wrong with the spot I chose.

If anyone is willing, find Lobo's house. He's on the southern point of the map closest to the beach ramp. To the left of his house, there should be a patch of violets where I wanted the new villager's house to be. The only thing that is different in my current town is the street lamp is gone.
