Anyone know what this is?

So I was in a dream town and went into a spooky looking room with a crystal ball and all that creepy stuff. There was also something that made a loud noise whenever I got close to it, and it would taper off when I walked away. The noise is hard to describe... like a high pitched werrrrring... lol I don't have a pic cause I don't even know what was making the noise. I thought it was the crystal ball at first but now I know it doesn't do that. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

The creepy crystal maybe? The creepy crystal has a red cloth over the table and when you press a in front of it, it has a blue face. If not, then I'd like to know as well

It was probably a theremin. In the game, they look sort of like a writing desk and emmit a high pitch noise whenever you get close to them. They're very popular in horror towns.

Yeah,T-Bone and Becky have theremins in their houses(it's next to the fireplace in T-Bone's house).A lot of old science fiction movies used a theremin for scary background music.
