Anyone know if it is possible to change a preorder?

I recently preordered the Standard Edition of Uncharted 4 from GAME after thinking the Special Edition would cost a lot more (based on what I was told). I just checked the site now, and it's only ?60 for the Special (less than I expected), and now I kinda regret preordering the standard. Anyone know if I can almost 'transfer' the money spent on preordering the standard to preorder the special?

I tried asking GAME, and then my tablet crashed (I feel so bad), and I can't seem to find the answer anywhere else. It just sort of redirects me to their 'preorder the game early' page

They should let you. There is no restrictions on pre-orders, and you can transfer to money another item. If that doesn't work, you could always cancel your pre-order and pre-order it on another GAME store or online.

Yeah unless they actually charged you that early it it should be possible, but yeah you can always try contacting them again or call their support or something?

Agree. Try first their contact support, that may at least help you.

But most stores (that I know of), doesn't permit changing preorders. Some people just do online re-selling/trading for the edition they got but it would probably cost you much more. Rather than cancelling and losing any of the said "edition", I think trading it off is the best way.

Yeah, I guess it somewhat depends if they already deducted your money from the account (unless you paid in cash) or if they still haven't processed it. Also I assume it differs whether you do it online or not.

And well I don't pre-order much unless there is something I really know I want but yeah check their policy, also your country's laws about it.
