Try search on google or download/buy a program. I have a website and forum developer and it is easy to use.

You want to MAKE something like zetaboards? That'll take a while and you'll need to know a lot of stuff in order to do that. Goods luck.

You could take some classes on it, but I say not to go through the trouble. It will take a while.
