Just buy the US version on Ebay or something since you speak English.

By the time he gets it off Ebay from America shipped to where he lives, the game will already be out.

Importing is usually more expensive.

i want to... me have no money and the money i get ill be purchasing a harddrive and tf2 ..so...it'll take awhile. but i will. never played the 2nd one but the first was purty cool.
