use Rogers Online Protection?

I need help regarding some things and I thought I'd get some help here before calling Tech Support.

I don't use Rogers Online Protection, but I do indeed have Rogers Highspeed Internet and can probably troubleshoot a few things with you.

By the way, you can use their Live Support feature on your website, download the support bridge application, and it's just like an MSN conversation-- although you can grant the technician permission to do certain things to your computer. :P

Well, I use Rogers Online Protection and, I accidentally "blocked" my Nintendo USB and now, I have to disable the firewall every time I want to Wi-Fi.
I tried every button out there, and I can't seem to find the button to unblock selected programs.

The firewall as in Windows Firewall? Or does Rogers give it's own firewall application. You're going to have to either find a way to add an exception for your USB connector in the firewall settings, or you're going to have to contact Rogers (probably by live chat) and ask them how to do it.

P.S. Live support:
