Anyone have mushrooms disappear?

I had a few famous mushrooms as decoration by my train station in a little fairy circle type area. I just realized they're all gone today. I had a couple people run around mostly unsupervised yesterday but I didn't want to jump to conclusions that they were stolen. I have tons of mushrooms everywhere for decoration so they do not spawn. Was this a glitch that they disappeared or did someone swipe them?

I think someone took them. I have quite a few famous mushrooms in my town, and never ever did a single one of them disappear just by itself...

Someone probably steal your mushrooms. Someone came into my town unexpected and stool my single famous mushroom. I was angry so I deleted his fc after that. I didn't know him that much but eh...

Oh my god I am so sorry to hear that this happened to you. Especially after you were such a kind host, and you did so many people favors. I really hope that the person who took them feels bad about it. I don't know if anyone who'd be willing to steal things from you, would have the guts to apologize, but that's just wrong. If I find any extra Famous Mushrooms growing in my town, I'll put them away for you, should you need them. On a side note, I let very few people wander my town, and not very often either. It sucks when you think you can finally trust people, because they just seem so nice, and then they make you rethink things. It might be best to keep visitors on a leash from now on

You don't have to keep them away even though thats sweet of you to do! I do have a special stumps that i can get them from but it will just take a while I'm definitely not letting people leave my sight anymore in Bluebell unless they're my irl friends I've known for years

I wish you the best of luck in growing your mushrooms back, then. It does suck how long it takes to get mushrooms, even in their best season. I haven't seen any new mushrooms in my town for ages. It just stinks that some people have the audacity to steal, destroy, and bully in other people's towns. But, I also think that we should all be more cautious. We do get a bad egg in the bunch, much like you've recently experienced, and with the new update for the game this site has much more traffic and new users than before. I think it'd be best if everyone tried to be more careful now. It feels bad, saying that, but it's true.
