I didn't see any thread about this so I made my own. I was just wondering did anyone pick up Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze today as it was released today in Europe and North America. If not are you thinking of getting it sometime in the future? What are your thoughts on the game? I'm not planning on getting it because I don't have a Wii U and the last one I got was for the Gameboy Advance so I am a bit behind. I personally rather 4 or 5 player games because they involve more people which makes it more fun. I don't think there is more than 2 player on this, is there? So anyway, what do you think about the game?

It's so sad that this thread is getting like no replies. Does nobody like Donkey Kong anymore? :'c I would get it if I had a Wii U..

The only thing I can think of is that:
1. Most people here own a 3DS and don't care about this Wii U.
2. Most people here play AC, some even only AC, and wouldn't care about other franches, especially a more 'hardcore platformer' if thats a way to say it.
I'm actually saving up my cash to buy this game. I see its $50.00 on the eShop. Is it so in stores too? I live in Belize so I have to go to Mexico to get it. I have saved up $120 BZD which is about $60 USD, but the price is usually higher there. (I saw DKCR3D there for $699 MXD which is about $70.... I'll keep saving until I can own the best game on Wii U.

I got my downloaded copy at the launch day and played it for quite some time. I haven't finished the first world, but I did collected everything on certain levels. So far, I like this game more than Donkey Kong Country Returns.
I love on how NOA's Twitter account was taken over by Cranky Kong and made a jab at Gamespot's marginally scored review. That reviewer simply didn't have some refined platforming skills.
