I saw it the Nintendo Direct video and was wondering if anyone knows where to get it. Also any other wigs you may have come across.

I don't know where it came from, but it sort of reminds me of peach and daisy. Try scanning some other random amiibo if you have them! They may unlock something we don't know about yet!

I've heard people claiming that there are new fortune cookies available, so perhaps it's from that, since it really looks like a Daisy-themed item.

i think the wig in the picutre is something else than celeste bow. its an item you can obtain from playing the puzzle leauge mini game

I don't know what it will be called in game, but the entire outfit & wig are based on Lip, star of Panel De Pon which became Puzzle League. Its why you can unlock her items via the mini game.

As others have said you get it from the Puzzle League mini game. The item itself is called the Flower Fairy wig. I'm guessing the other items are named similarly, but the only one I've unlocked so far is the wig. Exactly how you get it is from playing the side modes that you unlock from playing the Story mode. I got the wig in the mail from Nintendo for getting a high enough score in Garbage Attack. I don't know the exact score that you need, but mine was in the 10,000s. If you do that you should be able to get it
