i would like to buy a secondary 3ds but i want to know if anybody else has more than 3 of a 3ds or has imported a 3ds and if you have then i would like to hear some tips on importing or see pictures of your collection of 3ds consoles
I've got three 3DSes? Two StreetPass mules and my main. Only reason I didn't sell them was because they're collectors editions so I'd rather hold on to them and help out others with StreetPassing rather than trade them in or sell them for peanuts.
I use three 3DS's but only one of them is mine :3 I use my mums and my sisters becauss they don't use them anymore. But it's only occasionally for acnl. I would post pics but I can't seem to get that function to work :x Also what's importing?

I have two 3ds (because one broke >u<) as well as a DS XL.
I'm also desperate to get my hands on a japanese 3DS >~<
JAPAN WHY YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO HAVE THE COOL STUFF.
Buying another of the same exact 3DS model for yourself is redundant, unless you consider importing a Japanese 3DS. The latter involves many hurdles in order to enjoy software that wouldn't be seeing the light for an international release, mainly learning the tricky Japanese language (as there's not even an option to switch to any language other than that) and exorbitant fees attached to importing the system from outside of your country. If these drawbacks are worth overcoming just for the games you actually want, then it's definitely worth trying for once. Though, I do have to admit that the Japanese library of 3DS games aren't particularly as noteworthy as the older generations of gaming consoles would typically boast.
If I did, I would only want to play a small selection of games, so for me, it's not really worth importing another 3DS. Plus, I'd have no idea what would be going on in games and could probably only navigate menus with katakana =P
i have 2, one of the original and a 3DSXL. my original is currently lent out to a friend of mine (i bought her alpha sapphire as a birthday gift and lent her the ds indefinitely so she could enjoy it)
I have two. My first was given to me 4 years ago for a graduation present and late birthday present. The old blue one.
My second was another late birthday present the year after. Animal Crossing: New Leaf Limited Edition 3DS XL. I broke it and got it replaced.
There's unsurprisingly a lot of cool Japanese exclusives. But honestly I can't enjoy the games if I can't understand them. And importing a PAL New 3DS doesn't interest me either. Nintendo made a huge mistake... :/
I have more than one 3ds. I have an English (NA) and a Japanese 3ds. The Japanese one gets much cooler themes, so I tend to play that one more now. orz
i only have 1 3ds but sometimes i use my brother and sisters 3ds for acnl purposes
a friend from school got himself an imported 3ds from japan that had an attack on titan game, but sadly it was nation blocked (i think thats what its called? im not too sure) and he couldnt use it properly
