Genji, Lionel, Marshal and Walker gave me their pictures more than 3 times if I remember correctly 
Any villagers give you their pictures more than once?

No one has given any of my town mayors more pics of himself/herself than the Peppy bird Twiggy handing Applewin Mayor Jill a pic of herself. Oh, goodness, it is soooooooo hilarious. I'm thinking, "Not again!"
Carmen is my bff, and yes I must have gotten at least 10 by now. I feel like once they give it to you the first time, they keep doing it. It's just getting to the level of friendship. But I don't find that hard. They're all dreamies, so I talk to them A LOT, because I like to.
Doing favors helps. But I don't like them changing their furniture or putting fish/bugs in their houses. Sometimes if you deliver furniture or clothes they're super ugly and they end up using them. So really the fruit thing is the only thing I do. I also always give them perfect fruit, and that's when I get the pics. Other favors, I say no to. It doesn't hurt my friendship obviously, since they still keep giving me pics.
