Curious, but do you notice if the colour of balloon correlates to getting the recipes? c:

I heard the blue has the highest chance of giving you a recipe (50%) but I have no idea why xD

As others are saying I have noticed more with blue true enough so good luck balloon hunting : D

I can update as I find them see what colors correspond more o/
