Just as the title says ^^; my innocent past self didnt even know that you couldnt move the resident services until it was far too late, and considering I have done so much already (including having a happy catalog, number of DIYs logged, museum etc.) I'm super reluctant to reset so trying to make the best with what I have.

Only problem is...I'm super stumped on what to do. From the entrance the resident services is 13 spaces back and 5 spaces to the right (you can see it in the back before you even get off the airport steps...). Any pictures of what you have done and tips would be super amazing!!! For now my only thought is to terraform just enough so you either cant see the resident services walking in or make like a diagonal bridge to it. Either way any help would be great x.x

...suddenly my whining feels frivolous compared to you ;; gosh you poor thing we can only hope they'll let us move it in the future

There's a lot of good inspiration here if you go through the whole thread!

Edit: I could try finding the "RS close to airport" ones for you if you want
Goodness these are amazing thank you!!! You dont need to but really thank you, hopefully I can make something nice with all this inspiration ♡

If you don't want RS to be visible from the airport, I would recommend a design that has cliffs, trees, and tall furniture to hide it. I'm in the camp of "my RS is obscenely close to the airport" so I kinda have to make-do with the fact that there's no way I can hide it. The linked thread has a lot of good inspo on it!

Also in the 4-blocks-away boat. I chose that map cause I wanted everything to be close to the airport to make it feel like you're stepping straight into the downtown area of my island. So my entrance is pretty open but I filled that tiny area with a tree, some bushes, and a bench to sit on while waiting for trade people to arrive 😊
