any tips for playing 1 physical acnl copy on 2 3DS's?

i got another 3ds by surprise today :0 i plan to alternate them, but are there some things i should know about switching their usage? do i also have to swap the SD cards or...?

yup! but i was also wondering if i have to swap SD cards since maybe there are some extra data stored in there?

A phyiscal copy shouldn't have anything on the SD card if I'm not mistaken, exept for screenshots you take. As long as you are careful about the dates of each 3DS I don't think you should have any trouble switching between them.

I do it all the time to transfer my villagers from two towns.. just be sure the dates are the same or it will go ahead if the DS is ahead and you put the cartridge in. Or backwards.
