Any good still existing horror dream towns?

Anybody know any good horror towns? Or maybe even some with sad themes?
Besides Aika and Hitokui Village!

I visited one called Faleisha? (I think that's the spelling) and holy crap it was terrifying. There was one room with KK Dirge in it, and I RAN for it without even looking around it hahaha.

Now I'm inspired to visit more of them! It seems kinda remote to be able to find some that are still here after the update...

I'm pretty fond of my American Horror Story town.
It's based on seasons 1-4: Murder House, Asylum, Coven, and Freak Show.
The landscaping is like a nice suburb (for the most part), because that's how it is in the show--it's what's happening inside the homes that is creepy. If you haven't seen AHS, then it won't seem as creepy--there are a ton of references to the show. But I've had feedback from people who haven't seen AHS, who said they enjoyed the town regardless.
