Any Good Recipes?

Go to the beach and dig up a Manila clam, makes some of the best fish food of all time

One of our current faves is Brussels sprouts with gnocchi! The hint of lemon and a splash of balsamic vinegar are crucial. I haven't tried it without butter, so I'm not sure if it's vegan friendly, but it's delicious for vegetarians or paired with roasted chicken.

And for texture, I think it's actually better to boil the gnocchi until they float first.

I recently tried out this sugar cookie recipe. I think it might be my favourite cookie of all time. It's so insanely good. Could not contain myself and ate like 6 of them in quick succession and then my heart rate skyrocketed

Also, I highly recommend checking out Preppy Kitchen on Youtube! Such a great personality and I have tried several of his recipes, including a chocolate cake one. Very very yummy

One of my favorite recipe sites is Budget Bytes because the recipes are very tasty but also cheap (generally only a few dollars per person for a meal). It's not a great place for desserts as she doesn't post much of that, but it's good for full meals.

I also use Just One Cookbook a lot for Japanese recipes. I lived in Japan for a few years and I can vouch that her recipes taste just like what I could get in restaurants in Japan. The only downside is some of these may be difficult to make if you don't have an Asian grocery store, or at least a decent international food aisle in a grocery store, available to you due to the ingredients. My area has a decently sized Korean population, so it's not that hard for me to find whatever I need.
