I'd like to make a themed town. At the moment I have a sweet town with lots of white and pink flowers. I think that my town is great, but by the time it looks so boring. Do you have any ideas how I could design it and have a more interesting town? Maybe a totally blue town or a forest design? I appreciate every comment you leave here.
There's lots of possibilities (obviously...) But off the top of my head:
- rainbow town (using all the different colors of flowers and such)
- single species town
- town based off of a book/movie/TV show (for example, I currently have two towns based on two different books/book series)
- enchanted forest (this would be good if you have a town filled with 'woodland' critters, like bear cubs/rabbits/squirrels)
I have lots of ideas for town themes. Hopefully, they may give you some inspiration.
Specific era:
Medieval
Victorian
1950's
Future
Countries/Continents:
Asia or Japan
Greece or Italy
African savannah
Desert oasis
Australia
Tropical island
Combination with each section of town representing a different location in the world
Holidays:
Christmas
Halloween
Easter
Valentine's Day (would work with your current color scheme)
I'm partial to horror towns, myself. I love to see what people can come up with working with only QR patterns and the game's naturally cutesy atmosphere.
I also once saw a town that was moon themed. They basically turned their entire town into the moon with craters and solar panels and astronauts. It was really cool.
