My first impression is that you don't have a path around your event plaza… Just my personal preference is that I think it looks a lot neater when the cobblestones are covered… although a downside of this is when you have someone visit (like redd) it will pick up 5 slots where his tent goes. I think by putting a path at least around the edges of the event plaza might give it some extra character. Your event plaza is also in a really nice spot on the map!
Going straight down I see the orchard which is a lovely idea to have guarded by bushes! It looks really cute. I also like the red and white roses going around the pyramid (either side of the orchard) though it seems an abrupt change from the pink as you didn't include red and white on the top half of the path only the bottom. Keeping the theme down to Fangs house is also a nice touch with the breed change.
Not completely keen on the dog pattern accent you have as it doesn't blend well with the cobblestones, and as your town is quite 'realistic' it feels funny to me, but there is obviously a reason why you like it personally!
I like the pine trees in the background of my walk across the top of the town, but i think your perfect apple orchard would be nicer replaced with pine saplings to give the look of more a forrest perhaps as the background is very dark-green tree heavy and the apple trees separate it from this look.
I like the way you have paved the train station cobblestones like I had said before..
I like the purple flowers around Sheps house but it would look nicer if they continued around to the bottom of his path perhaps?
Not sure if it's because you didn't have enough orange flowers but i feel it looks a bit funny to go straight from orange to the red and yellow for such a short distance.
Your campsite placement and the bridge next to it are perfect! I'm jealous that I didn't have mine in a good spot
I like the path coming down from the campsite with the alternating PWPS Your path almost like 'park area on the outside of the map around your bottom pond looks very good and I like the way you have almost a little 'town centre' or 'high street'
The colours of the cosmos next to whitneys house are also alternating a bit randomly, again maybe you ran out when breeding.
I actually like your town a lot because I think the way we plan is quite similar..

Thank you so much for your review! You are right about the flowers - I am always replacing them with new hybrids as they appear - my goal is to have all hybrids eventually.
I use my town center for lots of trades and giveaways, so paving it isn't a convenient option, but I'm happy to hear that you like the layout. Did you happen to tour my houses?
